Rules Guests Must Follow in the Hotel

ACCOMMODATION TERMS                   

1. Your room will be ready from 14:00 on the day you check in.
2. Check-out time: 12:00 on the day you check out.
3. For stays of less than one night, payment is made for the full accommodation day according to the specified accommodation time and check-out time.
4. If the guest checks out of the hotel early (according to the booked length of stay) and informs the hotel less than 24 hours before the check-out date, the guest agrees to pay for one day’s accommodation and to pay a fine for the services provided.
5. Taxes are included in the room rate.
6. Breakfast is included in the room rate.
7. Upon presentation of a passport or other identity document and completion of the guest registration card, the guest will be allocated a room.

ADDITIONAL FEE

1. The guest has the right to invite visitors to the hotel between 09:00 – 23:00. If the visitor stays in the room, he/she is obliged to pay the difference between double and single occupancy if only one guest lives in the room, or the amount from the hotel price list if there are two guests registered in the room.
2. The guest is obliged to compensate the hotel for damages in case of loss or damage to the hotel property and is also liable for violations caused by the persons he/she has invited (visitors). The amount of damage is determined by the hotel management.

WE DON’T SMOKE

1. Smoking of tobacco products and hookah is prohibited in the rooms and throughout the hotel (corridors, lounges, restaurant, etc.). Smoking is only allowed in a designated area.
2. The guest undertakes to pay a penalty of 50% of the daily room rate for each violation in case of smoking in prohibited areas.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK OUT

1. For early check-in between 00:00 – 06:00, an additional 100% of the room nightly rate is payable (breakfast included)
2. For early check-in between 06:00-14:00 – 50% of the room nightly rate (breakfast included)

• If the guest requests late check-out within the availability of the hotel, the late check-out accommodation payment must be collected

PAYMENT TERMS

1. Payment is collected from you when you check in to the hotel. You can pay by cash, credit card etc.
2. Non-guaranteed reservations are valid until 18:00 p.m. on the day before check-in. If you do not guarantee your reservation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
3. You can guarantee your reservation by paying 1 night accommodation fee and accommodation tax by bank card. If you cancel the reservation less than 24 hours before check-in or standard check-in time, your payment will not be refunded.
4. By confirming the hotel reservation, the guest agrees to the above conditions, including the cancellation procedure and the rules applicable in case of no-show..
5. Prices are in TL., GBP, EURO and USD. Payment for accommodation is made in TL., GBP, EURO and USD. We accept payment by bank transfer or online bank cards of international payment systems (Visa, Master Card,).

FORBIDDEN IN THE HOTEL

1. It is forbidden to remove plates, cutlery, food and beverages from the restaurant without prior authorisation from the restaurant management.
2. It is forbidden to bring and store in the hotel (room) substances, belongings and materials that are dangerous for people’s lives. 
3. It is forbidden to accommodate unknown persons (persons who have not filled in and signed the guest’s accommodation document) in the room and to give keys to such persons..
4. It is forbidden to use electric heaters that are not included in the room equipment..
5. It is forbidden to use the hotel or room equipment for other purposes.
6. It is forbidden to bring firearms, gas, pneumatic weapons and other weapons, special types of weapons, devices and ammunition with you to the hotel area and store them. If the guest has weapons, special devices, ammunition and bullets, the hotel has the right to refuse accommodation..
