Kazalar\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 ve olu\u015fmas\u0131 halinde de yaralanmalar\u0131 engelleyecek yeterli \u00f6nlemleri al\u0131nmakta, i\u015f \u00e7evresine \u00f6zg\u00fc tehlikelerin nedenlerini belirleyebilmek amac\u0131yla risk analizleri yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi (\u0130SG) gerekliliklerini ge\u00e7erli bir \u015fekilde uygulamak ve t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011finden sorumlu olmak \u00fczere, \u0130SG kurulu olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n (yeni veya eski) d\u00fczenli olarak \u0130SG konusunda e\u011fitim almas\u0131 sa\u011flanmakta ve bunun kay\u0131tlar\u0131 tutulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130SG\u2019yi tehdit eden unsurlar\u0131 tespit edilmekte, ortadan kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lmakta ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm i\u00e7in sistemler geli\u015ftirilmektedir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in temiz du\u015flar, i\u00e7me suyu, yemek, ula\u015f\u0131m imkanlar\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f ve yiyecek \u00fcretimi ve sunumu yap\u0131lan yerlerin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve temiz \u015fartlarda olmas\u0131 sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za lojman sa\u011flanmakta; Lojmanlar\u0131n temiz ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi rutin olarak takip edilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6RG\u00dcTLENME VE TOPLU S\u00d6ZLE\u015eME HAKKI <br>Otelimiz; <br>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n kendi se\u00e7imleriyle sendika kurma ve kat\u0131lma hakk\u0131na ve toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme hakk\u0131na sayg\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personel temsilcilerinin i\u015fyerindeki \u00fcyelerine ula\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa tabi tutulmamalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AYRIMCILIK <br>\u0130\u015fe alma, tazminat, e\u011fitim, \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme, isten \u00e7\u0131karma veya emekliye ay\u0131rmada, \u0131rk, kast, milli k\u00f6ken, din, engellilik, cinsiyet, cinsel tercihler, dernek veya sendika \u00fcyeli\u011fi veya siyasi kimlik gibi konularda kesinlikle ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k yap\u0131lmamaktad\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u0131rk, kast, milli k\u00f6ken, din, engellilik, cinsiyet, cinsel tercih, dernek veya sendika \u00fcyeli\u011fi veya siyasi kimlikleri ile ilgili ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamalar\u0131na veya gereklilikleri yerine getirmelerine m\u00fcdahale edilmemektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u0130S\u0130PL\u0130N UYGULAMALARI <br>RAMADA BY WYNDHAM FETH\u0130YE \u00d6L\u00dcDEN\u0130Z  bedensel cezaland\u0131rma, zihinsel veya fiziksel bask\u0131 veya s\u00f6zl\u00fc k\u00f6t\u00fc muamele yapmaz, bunlar\u0131 desteklemez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PERSONEL \u00d6NER\u0130 VE \u015e\u0130KAYETLER\u0130N\u0130N ALINMASI VE DE\u011eERLEND\u0130R\u0130LMES\u0130 <br>Otelimizdeki t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar \u015fikayetlerini ve \u00f6nerilerini insan kaynaklar\u0131 ve e\u011fitim departman\u0131na yapabilmekte, personel \u015fikayetini ve \u00f6nerisini nereye bildirece\u011fi konusunda bilgilendirilmektedir. <br>\u0130nsan kaynaklar\u0131 ve e\u011fitim departman\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ayl\u0131k olarak personel memnuniyet anketleri da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmakta ve bu anketler ayl\u0131k olarak de\u011ferlendirilmektedir. Personel bu anketlerde de \u00f6neri ya da \u015fikayetlerini dile getirebilmektedir. <br>Ayr\u0131ca 6331 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi Kanunu kapsam\u0131nda otelimizde personellerin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 oylama ile 3 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan temsilcisi se\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. Personellerimiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan temsilcilerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131, i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi konular\u0131nda \u015fikayet ya da \u00f6nerilerini sunabilmektedir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan temsilcileri al\u0131nan \u015fikayet ve \u00f6nerileri \u0130\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi kuruluna bildirmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc olup kurul taraf\u0131ndan bu \u00f6neri ve \u015fikayetler de\u011ferlendirilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7ALI\u015eMA SAATLER\u0130 <br>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri konusunda y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki yasalara uyulmaktad\u0131r. Haftada 45 saatten fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaz (\u00e7al\u0131\u015fma durumunda mesai \u00fccreti \u00f6denir) ve haftada en az bir g\u00fcn izin verilir. <br>Fazla mesai saatlerinin (haftada 45 saati a\u015fan zaman\u0131n) haftada 12 saatten fazla olmamas\u0131 sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r ve fazla mesai \u00fccreti her zaman daha y\u00fcksek \u00f6denmekte ya da izin olarak kulland\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. <br>\u0130\u015f Kanunu\u2019na g\u00f6re 1 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 doldurmu\u015f olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n kanun taraf\u0131ndan belirtilen g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u0131ll\u0131k izin haklar\u0131 verilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00dcCRETLEND\u0130RME <br>Maa\u015flar yasal asgari standard\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n temel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak seviyede belirlenmektedir. <br>Disiplin uygulamalar\u0131 nedeniyle maa\u015flardan kesinti yap\u0131lamaz. <br>Maa\u015flar\u0131n personelin otelin belirlemi\u015f oldu\u011fu banka hesab\u0131na yat\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 seklinde \u00f6denmesi sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>4.2.
